We deliver a comprehensive set of construction drawings—complete with plans, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications. Every material, lighting layout, and technical element is mapped with precision, providing contractors the roadmap for flawless execution. These are presented to you within a Project Binder that stays with you, or on-site, throughout the build.

Before construction begins, we gather all trades on-site for a project walkthrough. This collaborative review ensures every team member understands the vision and identifies potential challenges early, keeping the build process seamless and efficient.

We don’t just design—we oversee. Throughout construction, we visit the site to confirm that craftsmanship aligns with design intent and meets with our exacting standards.

Once designs and estimates are finalized, we manage the procurement of every piece—furnishings, lighting, rugs, accessories, and more. From ordering to tracking, we handle the details. Full payment is required before purchases, with many clients opting to provide a retainer to streamline the process. We recommend third-party receiverships for storage, inspection, and white-glove delivery, ensuring each item arrives in perfect condition.

This is the moment when everything comes together. To give our team the space to work efficiently and create the “big reveal” experience you deserve, we kindly ask that you be away from the home during installation. This allows us to handle every detail—placement, styling, and finishing touches—without interruption. Once complete, we’ll invite you back for a thorough walkthrough, a punch list review, and of course, the joy of seeing your vision fully realized. Only when every detail is perfected, and you’re absolutely delighted, do we consider the project complete.
